Our client is on the search for a full time Accounts Assistant to join their busy Accounts and Admin team, based at their Head Office in Poole.
The role will involve all aspects of the purchase ledger; checking supplier invoices and investigating queries; processing of invoices into our SAP accounts system and account reconciliations. As well as other accounts and administration tasks as required.
- Previous experience working within a busy professional environment
- Previous experience of running a purchase ledger
- Experience working in a busy account’s environment
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and experience of dealing with customers
- Good communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Well-presented and a welcoming and friendly manner
- Efficient and professional
- Good time management
- Multitasker with a can-do attitude
- Flexible and tenacious
- Educated to minimum 4 GCSEs or equivalent at C or above including English and Maths
