As expected with a customer service based role no call will be the same so you are expected to be able to use your initiative with the information you are provided with. Rest assured all the leads you will be working on are warm leads from their website, so you won’t be scared to pick up the phone!
Ideally we are looking for someone that has already got some experience working in an outbound role and is looking for a career within the insurance world.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Making outbound calls with warm leads to build a rapport to qualify leads
- Engaging and managing inbound website leads and liaising between the customer and sales team
- Building future opportunities with existing customer data
- Work with your Senior Advisor on the provided pipeline of leads and opportunities
- Fact finding to relay over key information to our Sales Advisors ensuring they deliver their sales objectives
- Hitting individual targets
