The main part of the role is to deliver and provide the best customer service to the highest standard at all times. The support you will provide to customers will be given over the phone, via email or live chat.
- The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be personable and have a professional manner.
- Be hard working, reliable and enjoy working in a team.
- Responding to telephone enquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
- Gathering information, researching/resolving inquiries and logging customer calls.
- Informing customers about services available and assessing customer needs.
