Sales Support Administrator

Do you enjoy supporting your team? Are you great at communicating with people? Our client provides something that we all now just simply could not live without… WiFi. So rest assured your role within this company is to help support your Account Manager to keep the world connected!

You will be working alongside your appointed Account Manager to support the achievement of targets & provide a high level of customer service to new & existing clients. To achieve this, you will need to bring your excellent communication skills & your fantastic attention to detail.


 Key responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for the Account Manager
  • Prepare quotations for the account manager to relay to the client
  • Manage sales orders & deliveries to & from the client
  • Answering incoming calls as well as emails
  • Maintaining department records, including spreadsheets & databases that track suppliers
