Senior Customer Care Advisor – German and English Language

The role:

  • Own end-to-end resolution of customer issues and questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with customers over time through multiple engagements.
  • Address customer questions in a timely manner while maintaining a level of quality in Communication that meets or exceeds written expectations.
  • Submit high-quality questions or suggestions to the Team Lead, the Supervisor or the Client in-order-to influence and drive program improvements including reviewing feedback with supervisors.


About you:

  • Exceptional customer care expertise.
  • A passion for helping others and a strong track record of demonstrating empathy for customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, grammar and interpersonal communication skills in the supporting language & English.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise as well as having good time management skills.
  • Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues individually and in a team environment, while proactively looking for solutions to problems and proposing improvements.
  • Not afraid to dig in to a complicated issue or go the extra mile to resolve a customer problem.
  • 6 months previous experience working in a customer service role whether that be in Retail, Hospitality or over the phone.
  • Ability to type fast.

 

Your Technical expertise:

  • Should own and be an active user of electronic devices.
  • Previous experience within technical support of hardware or applications.
  • Experience in web computing and other current consumer web-enabled technologies.
  • Heavy user of mobile applications and demonstrate a passion and knowledge for mobile technology.
